Objectifs de la formation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La formation a pour objectif de permettre aux participants de ma\u00eetriser les principes administratifs et p\u00e9dagogiques n\u00e9cessaires au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un centre de formation interne, \u00e0 la conception et \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des actions de formation.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 &#8211; Public cible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entreprises souhaitant d\u00e9velopper un centre de formation interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4 &#8211; Objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019issue de la formation, les stagiaires seront capables de&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ma\u00eetriser les bases de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de formation afin de d\u00e9velopper un programme de formation et des supports de transmission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conna\u00eetre et appliquer les principes administratifs et p\u00e9dagogiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019actions de formation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettre en place les documents indispensables \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution et au suivi d\u2019une action de formation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se familiariser avec les principes de l\u2019AFEST (Action de formation en situation de travail)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 &#8211; M\u00e9thodes, outils de transmission et \u00e9valuation des acquis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La formation propos\u00e9e sera adapt\u00e9e aux besoins et probl\u00e9matiques rencontr\u00e9s par les participants dans le cadre de leur activit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essentiellement pratique, la pertinence de la formation repose sur le choix des m\u00e9thodes et outils p\u00e9dagogiques&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des apports th\u00e9oriques, m\u00e9thodologiques et r\u00e9glementaires<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des ateliers m\u00e9thodologiques d\u2019ajustement et de d\u00e9veloppement de documents n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des actions de formation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments acquis tout au long de la formation seront mesur\u00e9s au travers de diff\u00e9rents outils et exercices de feedback&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tests d\u2019acquisition des \u00e9l\u00e9ments th\u00e9oriques et m\u00e9thodologiques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une action de formation type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00e9ation des outils et documents li\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des actions de formation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7 &#8211;
