Public cible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manager en poste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 &#8211; Objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019issue de la formation, les stagiaires seront capables de&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9velopper une communication claire, respectueuse et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifier les comportements passifs, agressifs, manipulateurs et assertifs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9venir les situations de harc\u00e8lement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des postures professionnelles adapt\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Savoir r\u00e9agir face \u00e0 des comportements inappropri\u00e9s ou \u00e0 risque<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disposer d\u2019outils pour instaurer un climat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique au sein des \u00e9quipes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4 &#8211; Programme d\u00e9taill\u00e9 de la formation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9finition et auto-diagnostique de son assertivit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019assertivit\u00e9 : s\u2019affirmer sans \u00e9craser l\u2019autre, ni s\u2019\u00e9craser soi-m\u00eame<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La diff\u00e9rence entre assertivit\u00e9, agressivit\u00e9, passivit\u00e9, manipulation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les trois tamis de Socrate : v\u00e9rit\u00e9, bienveillance, utilit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les comportements refuge (fuite, soumission, attaque, manipulation) et leurs origines \u00e9motionnelles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Cette s\u00e9quence de formation sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par la r\u00e9alisation du test de Gordon et l\u2019identification des situations qui conduisent les participants \u00e0 manquer d\u2019assertivit\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le lien entre assertivit\u00e9 et pr\u00e9vention du harc\u00e8lement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019action de l\u2019assertivit\u00e9 sur la pr\u00e9vention des d\u00e9rives relationnelles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La diff\u00e9rence entre conflit, tension, maladresse et harc\u00e8lement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019impact du manque d\u2019assertivit\u00e9 sur les dynamiques toxiques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les outils de communication assertive au service de la pr\u00e9vention des situations de harc\u00e8lement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La posture professionnelle adapt\u00e9e : le manager calme, factuel, ancr\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La pratique de l\u2019\u00e9coute active, du questionnement et de la reformulation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La m\u00e9thode \u00ab&nbsp;oser dire\u2026&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;: oser dire, savoir dire et exprimer son ressenti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La m\u00e9thode FEEDA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La m\u00e9thode DESC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019art de protester<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La gestion des tensions, de l&rsquo;agressivit\u00e9 et de son propre stress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La gestion des \u00e9motions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les outils de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration physique et mentale apr\u00e8s une situation d\u00e9stabilisante<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Cette s\u00e9quence sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par des mises en situation qui permettront aux participants d\u2019adapter leurs r\u00e9actions face aux situations \u00e0 risque au sein des \u00e9quipes&nbsp;ainsi que leur communication pour g\u00e9rer :<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une remarque d\u00e9plac\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une pression injustifi\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une critique humiliante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un comportement intrusif\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 &#8211;
