Programme d\u00e9taill\u00e9 de la formation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agir lors de la r\u00e9ception d\u2019une plainte en mati\u00e8re de harc\u00e8lement au travail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019engagement de l\u2019enqu\u00eate et l\u2019organisation de la protection de la suppos\u00e9e victime<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La mise en place et le d\u00e9ploiement de la proc\u00e9dure pr\u00e9vue par l\u2019entreprise en cas de harc\u00e8lement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019information de la personne faisant l\u2019objet d\u2019une plainte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La mise au point entre d\u00e9clarations, points de vue, jugements de valeur, affirmations, interpr\u00e9tations, confidences\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les mesures transitoires dans l\u2019attente des r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La programmation et l\u2019organisation des rencontres avec les protagonistes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mener les entretiens et analyser les situations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les diff\u00e9rents entretiens d\u2019enqu\u00eate&nbsp;:<ul><li>Entretiens avec victime et auteurs pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s de harc\u00e8lement<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Entretiens avec d\u2019\u00e9ventuels t\u00e9moins et tiers<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Enqu\u00eates internes et auditions diverses<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9daction du compte rendu de l\u2019enqu\u00eate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes \u00e0 suivre durant chacun des entretiens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les attitudes \u00e0 adopter face aux personnes auditionn\u00e9es : neutralit\u00e9, distance, attitude facilitante, ce qu\u2019il faut dire ou ne pas dire\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019analyse des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l\u2019enqu\u00eate et des informations collect\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les solutions mises en \u0153uvre pour \u00ab&nbsp;sortir&nbsp;\u00bbla personne de la situation de harc\u00e8lement en entreprise: mesures de protection imm\u00e9diate, m\u00e9diation, prise en charge en interne&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La mise en place d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure de m\u00e9diation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les aides au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise : CSE, m\u00e9decin du travail, assistante sociale, m\u00e9diateur&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de plainte : juridictions p\u00e9nales, conseil des Prud&rsquo;hommes, rupture du contrat de travail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Ce module sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par des techniques permettant de s\u2019exercer \u00e0 l\u2019animation d\u2019entretiens avec les diff\u00e9rents acteurs concern\u00e9s.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 &#8211;
